What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember your choices during a visit, for example. On this website we use cookies and similar browser storage (session and local storage) only to make the service work – not for tracking or advertising.
Necessary cookies and storage
Language choice: remembers the language you selected (the NEXT_LOCALE cookie). Unfinished booking: the booking form details are kept in your browser (session storage) so they are not lost when you move between pages; they are cleared when you close the tab. Cookie notice acknowledgement: remembers not to show the notice every time (local storage).
During payment
If you pay for a booking by card, the payment provider Stripe may set its own cookies to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. These are used only in connection with payment.
What we do not use
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, or third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics or the Meta pixel). We do, however, collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics on our server (for example, which postal codes are searched) – these are not cookies and cannot be linked to you. More information is in the privacy policy.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Please note that blocking cookies necessary for the service may interfere with booking, payment or remembering your language choice.
